New PC but same old backyard birds

I had not updated this blog for the past few days due to my home PC hard-disk crashed.
Lucky that most of my birds/nature pictures were archived at an external disk.
Acquired a new desktop two days ago, and now busy learning a new Window 7 system and a new photo editing software.
The problem is that I don’t have a time to go out searching for a new species, and here is  just the same old backyard birds.

  1. These hard disc crashes must be catching Tabib. Good thing we both had back up for pictures. i would't mind photographing a spiderhunter in my garden though, especially if I could get a picture like yours. Super sharp, super action.

  2. Tabib, we have some similar backyard neighbours. I currently have Scaly-breasted Munia's nesting in a vine.A couple of other regulars are an Olive Backed Sunbird and a Common Tailor bird. Sometimes I get an early morning call from a magpie Robin too.The photos are excellent, the top one on the banana flower is my favourite.Lots of good opportunities near to home.

  3. Tabib there is nothing wrong of posting archives, I do that too. After all your archives probably have lot of stuff too. Good luck with your new computer, nice photos as always. Anna 🙂
